The core advantage of this reactor is a simplified control system that meets the basic needs of microscale reactions. The manual lifting design allows users to quickly adjust the height of the reactor body, facilitating feeding and cleaning operations. The magnetic stirring has no mechanical seal, avoiding sample pollution caused by seal wear, and the knob speed control is simple and easy to adjust. Compared with similar products, it has a more compact structure, saving more laboratory space.

The reactor has a rated volume of 0.5 liters, with an operating temperature range from room temperature to 180°C (equipped with an external heating sleeve if needed). The magnetic stirring speed ranges from 0 to 800 rpm, and the manual lifting stroke is 80 mm. The inner tank is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm, equipped with two standard G1/4 interfaces. The overall dimensions are 380*280*480 mm, and it can be easily moved to any experimental bench as needed.

This reactor is mainly used for basic chemical teaching experiments, simple microscale synthesis, and sample pretreatment in scientific research. Typical application scenarios include high school and college chemistry teaching experiments, simple sample mixing and heating reactions, and preliminary testing of small-volume reaction samples, providing a simple and reliable experimental equipment for entry-level researchers.
