The biggest feature of this reactor is its compact benchtop design, which saves laboratory space while maintaining complete experimental functions. The manual lifting design allows users to easily disassemble and clean the reaction kettle, reducing the difficulty of later maintenance. The jacketed circulation system supports both heating and cooling, adapting to a wide range of experimental temperature requirements. The magnetic stirring has no mechanical wear, ensuring the purity of the reaction sample, and the knob-type control is simple and easy to operate, suitable for beginners and daily routine experiments.

The reactor has a rated volume of 0.5 liters, with an operating temperature range from -20°C to 200°C. The magnetic stirring speed ranges from 0 to 1000 rpm, and the manual lifting stroke is 100 mm. The inner tank is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm, equipped with two standard G1/4 interfaces for connecting thermocouples and sampling pipelines. The overall dimensions are 400mm in length, 300mm in width and 500mm in height, and it can be placed on most standard laboratory benches.

This reactor is suitable for microscale chemical synthesis, material sample preparation, teaching experiments in colleges and universities, and small-scale R&D testing. Typical application scenarios include daily school chemical experiment teaching, microscale organic synthesis, and small-volume material preparation, providing a cost-effective experimental solution for small-scale research projects.
