The semi-automatic positioning design reduces the operating threshold of workers, and the built-in data analysis software can automatically generate detection reports and compare with standard values to judge product qualification. It supports multiple data export methods, which can be connected to enterprise MES systems to realize data interconnection. The cast iron body has good vibration absorption performance, helping maintain stable and reliable measurement results in complex workshop environments.

This instrument has a measuring diameter range of 20-300mm and a measuring length range of 50-1000mm, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.5μm. It is equipped with a precision guide rail positioning system, and the body is made of HT300 cast iron base and aluminum alloy upright column, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It supports USB and RJ45 data communication, can store more than 1000 measurement reports, and is suitable for use in a constant temperature workshop environment with an operating temperature of 10-30℃ and humidity of 30-70% RH. The total weight is 850kg, and the overall dimensions are 1800*1200*2200mm.
