It supports real-time data upload to the factory MES system, automatically generates full-batch detection reports, and has the function of automatically triggering the rejection of abnormal workpieces. The supporting professional version of the detection software supports custom detection parameters and batch data statistical analysis, and has passed the ISO 10360 metrology certification, which meets the international standards for industrial production quality inspection.

The overall size of the machine is 2200mm×1200mm×800mm, with a net weight of 350kg. It is equipped with two sets of 12MP CMOS industrial cameras with an imaging resolution of 4000×3000. The coaxial LED light source has a color rendering index Ra≥98, and the light source brightness can be adjusted intelligently. The maximum measurement diameter is 200mm, and the measurement length range is 50-1000mm, supporting the detection of 12 geometric tolerance parameters such as roundness, cylindricity, runout, and stepped shaft size difference. The power supply mode is 380V AC 50Hz, supporting Ethernet and Profinet industrial communication protocols, compatible with mainstream factory intelligent manufacturing systems, and equipped with fault self-check and alarm functions.
