Adopting non-contact optical imaging measurement technology to avoid scratching the surface of precision shaft parts during contact measurement. The 5MP high-definition camera and high-color-rendering LED light source can clearly capture the details of the shaft surface. The measurement accuracy of ±0.5μm meets the strict detection requirements of the precision manufacturing industry. It is equipped with one-click automatic focusing function, and the manual fine-tuning platform can accurately position the measured shaft parts. The supporting basic detection software can automatically generate detection reports and export data, which is 8 times more efficient than traditional micrometers and calipers, and supports simultaneous detection of multiple parameters, greatly reducing manual errors.

The overall size of the machine is 450mm×380mm×220mm, with a net weight of 12kg. It is equipped with a 5MP CMOS industrial camera with an imaging resolution of 2592×1944. The LED light source has a color temperature of 5600K and a color rendering index Ra≥95. The measurement range covers a diameter of 1-150mm and a length of 5-300mm, supporting the detection of 7 geometric tolerance parameters such as roundness, cylindricity, and coaxiality. The software supports Windows 10 and above systems, with a power supply mode of 100-240V AC 50/60Hz, and is equipped with a portable storage box for mobile use.
It is mainly used for laboratory spot checks and small-batch full inspection of small precision shaft components such as watch gear shafts, micro precision screw shafts, and aerospace fastener shafts. It is suitable for scenarios such as small hardware processing factories, watch accessory workshops, and material detection laboratories in research institutes and universities. It can replace traditional contact measuring tools to achieve efficient, non-destructive high-precision detection.
