It can be linked with various types of CNC machine tools, and the built-in intelligent algorithm can automatically identify the type of shaft parts and select the corresponding detection procedure, reducing the operation threshold of on-site operators. The detection data can be directly uploaded to the MES system, realizing full traceability of production quality.
