It is equipped with an adaptive color LED light source, which can automatically adapt to the surface reflection of shaft parts of different materials to ensure imaging clarity. The fully automatic multi-shaft feeding system can realize unattended batch feeding, and the supporting multi-shaft version of the detection software supports multi-batch data statistical analysis and visual report generation. It has passed the ISO 10360-7 metrology certification, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.3μm, meeting the strict detection requirements of automotive grade components.

The overall size of the machine is 1800mm×1500mm×900mm, with a net weight of 650kg. It is equipped with 4 sets of 8MP CMOS industrial cameras, each with an imaging resolution of 3264×2448. The adaptive LED light source has a color rendering index Ra≥97, supporting automatic brightness adjustment. Each testing station can detect 4 shaft parts at the same time, and the measurement range of a single shaft part is a diameter of 2-120mm and a length of 20-400mm, supporting the detection of 10 geometric tolerance parameters such as roundness, cylindricity, coaxiality, and keyway position degree. The power supply mode is 220V AC 50/60Hz, supporting Ethernet and MQTT industrial IoT protocols, which can be connected to the factory cloud platform for data management, and is equipped with an automatic feeding conveyor belt and discharge sorting system.
