The IP54 protection grade is suitable for complex workshop environments, dust-proof and slightly water-proof. It is equipped with intelligent anti-shake algorithm to ensure the stability of scanning data even in the workshop environment with slight vibration. The built-in one-click calibration function allows non-professional technicians to complete equipment calibration, reducing operation and maintenance costs.

The overall size of the equipment is 1200mm×800mm×1500mm, and the total weight is about 320kg. The laser scanning wavelength is 650nm, and the output power is <5mW which meets FDA safety standards. It supports single-axis/multi-axis scanning mode, and the diameter range of single-axis scanning can be expanded to 500mm through adjustable fixtures, and the maximum scanning length is 3000mm. The power supply parameter is 110/220V AC, 50/60Hz, and the rated power is 1200W. The maximum data transmission rate is 10Gbps via Ethernet, compatible with Windows 10/11 operating system. The supporting professional detection software can automatically generate form and position tolerance inspection reports.
It is mainly used in aerospace precision rotating shaft detection, heavy machinery transmission shaft quality control, wind power main shaft full-size detection, automobile gearbox shaft batch detection and other industrial scenarios. It can replace traditional equipment such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines, greatly improving detection efficiency, especially suitable for rapid 3D modeling and dimensional verification of difficult-to-detect workpieces such as complex stepped shafts and keyway shafts.
