The combined lighting system can adjust lighting according to different areas of large workpieces, avoiding local shadow detection errors. The semi-automatic electric focusing system can quickly adjust the focal length to adapt to workpieces of different thicknesses. The supporting VisionAdvanced software supports splicing measurement of large workpieces, completing integrated data detection of multiple detection areas at one time, solving the pain point that large workpieces cannot be detected at one time and improving detection coverage.

The overall dimensions are 1800×1200×800mm with a net weight of 350kg. It is equipped with a 24-megapixel zoom industrial lens with a zoom range of 0.7-4.5X. The effective detection travel is 800mm (X-axis) × 600mm (Y-axis) × 200mm (Z-axis), with a maximum workbench load capacity of 50kg. It supports AC100-240V 50/60Hz power supply, and is configured with a 23.8-inch industrial touch screen, Windows 10 Pro operating system, and supports CAD file comparison and batch inspection report generation.
It is mainly applicable to large hardware processing plants, sheet metal manufacturing factories, large plastic shell manufacturers and auto parts manufacturers. It can be used to detect dimensional parameters of large equipment shells, sheet metal aperture and spacing, furniture hardware accessories and other large and medium-sized parts, meeting both mass batch inspection and customized detection needs, and can also be used for on-site inspection of large parts.
