This product adopts high-strength Q235 galvanized steel stamping and forming, with electrostatic epoxy spraying treatment on the surface, which has an IP67 protection rating and can withstand severe weather such as outdoor rainstorms, intense sunlight and high temperature. Built-in high-precision pressure and inclination sensors, with a response time of ≤2s and a false alarm rate of less than 0.5%. It is equipped with a low-power NB-IoT communication module, which can last up to 3 years without charging, and supports unified management of batch equipment. The supporting cloud operation platform can realize real-time data viewing, alarm record traceability, operation and maintenance work order dispatch and other functions, which greatly reduces the cost of manual inspection compared with traditional covers, and solves the problems of power interruption and pedestrian safety hazards caused by stolen or missing cable trench covers.

The main body is made of Q235 galvanized steel with a thickness of 3mm, and the surface is treated with electrostatic epoxy spraying to prevent rust and corrosion. The protection rating is IP67, which can prevent dust from entering and short-term immersion in water. It is equipped with a pressure sensor with a range of 0~50kPa and an inclination sensor with a range of ±30°. The communication mode is NB-IoT CAT1, which has wide coverage and low power consumption. The alarm threshold is set as pressure change greater than 10kPa and inclination angle greater than 15°, which can effectively identify abnormal opening and displacement. The installation size is 600mm×800mm×80mm, which is suitable for standard cable trenches. The working temperature range is -40℃ to 70℃, which can adapt to most outdoor climate environments. It is equipped with fixed bolts, installation brackets and debugging tools, and is compatible with most third-party cloud operation and maintenance platforms.

This product is mainly applicable to urban municipal main road cable trenches, industrial park power bridge trenches, community weak current wells and other outdoor scenarios, used to cover the trenches laying power cables and communication optical cables. Through real-time monitoring, it can realize anti-theft and anti-damage early warning, assist operation and maintenance personnel to quickly locate fault points, reduce the frequency of manual inspection, improve the efficiency of power facility operation and maintenance, and ensure the safety of public power supply and pedestrian traffic safety. It can effectively reduce the loss caused by stolen cable covers and avoid potential safety hazards such as pedestrian falls into the trench.
