The product is made of anti-static FRP panel and explosion-proof aluminum alloy frame, with anti-static resistance of 10^6-10^9Ω. The explosion-proof grade reaches Ex d ib IIC T6 Gb, which can adapt to all level IIC flammable and explosive environments. The standard size is customizable according to the actual trench specifications, and the load bearing capacity is divided into 15T, 20T and 30T options. It is equipped with an 8W explosion-proof solar panel and a 15000mAh intrinsically safe lithium battery, which can achieve 8 months of continuous working time. The communication distance of the intrinsically safe LoRa module is 800m, and the waterproof rating reaches IP68, which can adapt to humid and waterlogged underground environments.

This product is mainly applicable to coal mine underground cable trenches, chemical industrial park cable trenches, gas station and natural gas station supporting cable trenches, and other flammable and explosive hazardous area scenarios. It can realize real-time monitoring of combustible gas concentration and environmental parameters in the trench, timely early warning of potential safety hazards, and meet the safety management requirements of hazardous area power supply facilities. It can be connected to the hazardous area operation and maintenance management platform to realize centralized monitoring and unified management of multiple trench covers.
