The V0 flame retardant grade of the FRP material meets the safety requirements of power supply scenarios, and the load bearing capacity of 10-20 tons can adapt to most urban road and park load requirements, effectively solving the problems of low inspection efficiency and high hidden danger risk of traditional cable trench covers.

The product is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) panel plus galvanized steel frame, with a V0 flame retardant grade. The standard size is 600*800mm, and customized sizes are supported according to customer needs. The load bearing capacity is divided into 10T, 15T and 20T options to meet different application scenarios. It is equipped with a 5W monocrystalline silicon solar panel and a 10000mAh lithium battery, which can achieve 6 months of continuous working time under sufficient sunlight. The sensor monitoring range is temperature -20~60℃ and humidity 0~95%RH, and the communication distance of LoRaWAN mode is 1-3km, which can cover most urban community and municipal pipeline scenarios. The net weight of a single piece is 12-18kg, which is convenient for manual handling and installation.

This product is mainly applicable to municipal power grid cable trenches, urban comprehensive utility tunnels, residential district power distribution room cable trenches, park power supporting cable trenches and other scenarios. It can be used for real-time monitoring of the internal environment of the cable trench, timely early warning of abnormal conditions such as accumulated water and cable overheating, and reduce the workload of manual inspection. It can also be connected to the unified power operation and maintenance management platform to realize centralized management of multiple cable trench covers, which is suitable for large-scale power grid management and maintenance projects.
