This heavy-duty mining chain link slope protection net addresses the special needs of open-pit mine slope protection, with core technical advantages in high-strength materials and advanced anti-corrosion coating. The Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating provides 2-3 times better corrosion resistance than traditional hot-dip galvanized coatings, making it suitable for harsh mining environments with high humidity and acid rain. The ultra-high tensile strength of 2200MPa can resist the impact of large-scale loose rocks and earthwork sliding, and the welded steel bracket structure provides stable fixing for high and steep slopes up to 75° gradient. The modular panel design allows quick on-site assembly, reducing construction time and cost.

Made from 4.5mm diameter Zn-Al-Mg alloy coated steel wire, this product features a 25mm × 25mm mesh opening and a 120μm thick alloy coating, meeting the ISO 1461 standard for high-corrosion-resistance metal products. Each standard panel measures 5m in length and 8m in width, with a unit weight of 30kg per square meter, requiring professional lifting equipment for transportation and installation. The supporting welded steel bracket is made of 5mm thick galvanized steel plate, with a maximum supporting load of 100kN per meter. It can be customized according to actual slope terrain, and the maximum allowable tensile load is 30kN per meter width.
This heavy-duty mining chain link slope protection net is primarily used for high and steep slope protection in open-pit mines, including coal mines, metal mines, and large-scale earthworks. It is suitable for slopes with a gradient of ≤75°, providing reliable protection against large-scale rock falls and earthwork sliding, ensuring the safety of mine production equipment and personnel. It is also suitable for other harsh industrial environment scenarios, such as coastal industrial zones and chemical plant slope protection, thanks to its superior anti-corrosion performance.
