This product adopts high-tensile hot-dip galvanized steel wire with a tensile strength of 1770MPa, which has excellent impact resistance and load-bearing capacity. The 85μm thick hot-dip zinc coating provides long-term anti-corrosion performance, passing 500 hours of salt spray test without rusting. The flexible mesh design can adapt to the slight settlement and deformation of the slope, avoiding the problem of structural cracking caused by temperature changes. The installation method uses standard drill bolts, which is easy to construct and has high construction efficiency. It solves the pain points of traditional rigid protection measures destroying the slope ecological landscape and being difficult to adapt to complex terrain, providing a safe and environmentally friendly protection solution for slope safety.

The product uses 8mm diameter hot-dip galvanized steel wire, with a mesh size of 300mm × 300mm, single-layer weight of 2.3kg per square meter. The coating thickness of the steel wire is 85μm, which meets the national anti-corrosion standard for geotechnical protection products. The installation spacing is 1.5m, matching M16 specification expansion bolts for fixing. The wind resistance rating reaches Class 12, which can resist strong wind speeds above 110km/h. The single panel size is 4m × 2m, which is convenient for transportation and on-site cutting. It also meets the EU CE safety certification requirements, with a full service life of 15 years under normal use conditions.
This product is widely used in mountain highway slope protection, high-speed railway side slope safety control, open-pit mine boundary slope stabilization, scenic area dangerous mountain protection, urban construction slope protection and other scenarios. It is suitable for slopes with a gradient of 20° to 60°, and can effectively prevent loose rock fall and soil slippage. In mountainous areas with inconvenient transportation, it can also be assembled and installed on-site by a small construction team, providing rapid safety protection for slopes.
