This product adopts manganese alloy steel wire material, which has excellent fatigue resistance and seismic performance, and can withstand the vibration of M8 magnitude earthquake without breaking. It adopts a cross support rope design, which can effectively disperse the vibration load caused by earthquakes and maintain the overall stability of the mesh body. The surface uses zinc-aluminum-magnesium mixed coating anti-corrosion process, which improves the anti-corrosion performance by 60% compared with ordinary galvanizing process, and can be used normally in harsh outdoor environment for more than 25 years. The pre-tensioned installation process can make the mesh body closely fit the slope surface, and can absorb part of the vibration energy during earthquakes to reduce the displacement range of slope soil. The product has passed the seismic certification of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and meets the high standards of international slope protection.

The diameter of the mesh wire is 10mm, and the diameter of the support rope is 20mm. The anchor length is divided into two specifications of 2m and 2.5m. The standard area of a single roll of protection net is 40 square meters. The overall protection system includes anchors, support ropes, mesh bodies and seismic buffer devices. A single set of system can cover about 50 square meters of slope area. The elongation rate of the mesh body can reach 20%, which can adapt to the slope displacement deformation caused by earthquakes, and meets the AISC 360-16 steel structure design standards.
