The product adopts 85% pre-assembled design, with all connecting parts and fixed brackets pre-installed on the mesh, only requiring on-site anchor pile fixing and mesh connection, which greatly reduces the installation difficulty. Two workers can install 50㎡ of protection net in 4 hours, which is 5 times faster than traditional installation methods. The aluminum alloy bracket is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, making it easy to carry and install in mountainous areas. The galvanized steel wire mesh has a tensile strength of 1800MPa, ensuring the safety protection effect. The powder coating has excellent anti-corrosion performance, with a service life of up to 12 years under outdoor conditions. It solves the pain point of long construction period of traditional slope protection nets, providing rapid safety protection for emergency and temporary scenarios.

Each set covers an area of 50㎡, including 10 pieces of 5m × 1m mesh panels, 20 sets of anchor piles, 30 sets of aluminum alloy brackets and 50 sets of connecting bolts. The total weight of each set is 120kg, and the packaging size is 1.2m × 0.8m × 0.6m, which is convenient for transportation. The product uses 9mm diameter galvanized steel wire, with a mesh size of 250mm × 250mm, and the powder coating thickness is 80μm. The anchor pile uses a Φ120mm steel pipe with a buried depth of 2m, and the bracket spacing is 1.5m. It is suitable for slopes with a gradient of 20° to 50°, and the maximum installation height is 30m.
This product is widely used in emergency rescue slope protection, temporary construction slope protection, mountain road rapid repair, temporary mine slope protection, post-disaster slope reinforcement and other scenarios. It is especially suitable for mountainous areas with inconvenient transportation, where large construction equipment cannot be transported, and can be manually installed and constructed. In emergency rescue scenarios, it can rapidly build a slope protection system to avoid property losses and personal safety accidents caused by landslides and rockfall, and is an important emergency safety protection product for mountainous area safety assurance.
