The product adopts a ring-shaped mesh structure with a ring diameter of 800mm, which can disperse the impact force from falling rocks to the entire protection system, avoiding local stress concentration and breakage. The surface is coated with hot-dip zinc and 150μm thick polyethylene, which has excellent anti-ultraviolet and anti-corrosion performance, and can be used stably in outdoor harsh environments for 20 years. The single impact resistance reaches 500kJ, which can intercept 200kg falling rocks falling from a height of 10m. The modular design of the support column and anchor pile makes on-site installation fast and convenient, solving the pain point that traditional protection nets are easily broken by high-energy falling rocks, providing reliable safety protection for high-risk slope areas.

The product uses 12mm diameter steel wire rope, with a ring diameter of 800mm, single panel size of 4m × 4m, and single-layer weight of 3.7kg per square meter. The anchor pile uses a Φ150mm steel pipe with a buried depth of 2.5m, and the support column uses a Φ100mm steel pipe with a height of 3m. The support column spacing is 3m, matching M20 specification bolts for fixing. The impact resistance test meets the national standard for geotechnical protection products, and the coating has passed 1000 hours of salt spray test. The maximum installation height is 50m, suitable for slopes with a gradient of 45° to 75°, and can be customized according to on-site terrain requirements.
This product is mainly used for safety protection under steep mountain slopes, such as villages, highways and railways below dangerous mountain bodies, open-pit mine tailings dam slope protection, river bank slope stabilization, scenic area dangerous slope protection and other high-risk scenarios. It can effectively block large-scale falling rocks and debris flow, avoiding property losses and personal safety accidents caused by disasters. In emergency rescue scenarios, it can also be rapidly assembled and installed to provide temporary safety protection for threatened areas, and is an important safety guarantee for mountainous area safety protection projects.
