This product adopts high-strength alloy steel material and integrated welded steel column structure, which can withstand a maximum impact load of 5000KJ and intercept falling rocks weighing up to 10 tons. It adopts a double-layer mesh design, with a dense grille net on the inner layer to prevent small particle size gravel from penetrating, and a large-hole main mesh on the outer layer to bear the main impact load. The surface uses zinc-aluminum mixed coating anti-corrosion process, which improves the anti-corrosion performance by 40% compared with ordinary galvanizing process, and can be used normally in coastal high-salt fog environment for more than 20 years. The pre-assembled components only need to be hoisted and fixed during on-site installation, greatly reducing the risk of high-altitude operations and improving construction efficiency by 60%.

The standard length of a single section of protection net is 20m, and the protection height is 3m. The diameter of the steel column is 219mm, the wall thickness is 8mm, and the embedded foundation depth is 2.5m. The mesh spacing is 0.8m, and the equipped buffer ring can effectively disperse the impact load and reduce the load on the steel column and foundation. It meets the TB/T 3201-2019 railway passive slope protection system standards, and a single set of system can cover about 60 square meters of intercepting area.
It is mainly used for slope protection at cliff steep slopes and mountain highway bends, which can intercept suddenly falling large rocks and avoid fatal damage to passing vehicles. It can be used for slope protection of mine tailings ponds to prevent tailings leakage caused by landslides. It can also be applied to slope protection of viewing platforms in canyon scenic spots to ensure the safety of tourists. In addition, this product is also suitable for slope protection in earthquake-prone areas, and can maintain stable protective performance even after earthquakes cause mountain loosening.
