This product adopts high-carbon steel hot-dip galvanizing process with excellent anti-corrosion performance. The flexible mesh body can adapt to the radian of different terrains, and will not break due to slight displacement of the mountain. The modular design requires no complex welding during on-site installation, and only needs to be fixed with anchors and support ropes to complete the deployment, greatly shortening the construction period. The mesh hole size designed for medium and small particle size falling rocks can effectively intercept more than 80% of common slope falling rocks, and it has good water permeability to avoid slope soil softening caused by rainwater accumulation. Compared with rigid protection structures, this product can achieve a maintenance-free period of up to 10 years, greatly reducing later operation and maintenance costs.

The diameter of the mesh wire is 8mm, and the diameter of the support rope is 16mm. The anchor length is divided into two specifications of 1.2m and 1.8m according to the slope gradient. The standard area of a single roll of protection net is 50 square meters. The overall protection system includes anchors, support ropes, mesh bodies and installation accessories. A single set of system can cover about 60 square meters of slope area (including reserved lap margin). The elongation rate of the mesh body can reach 15%, which can adapt to the seasonal displacement deformation of the slope, and meets the TB/T 3089-2019 railway slope protection standards.
It is mainly used for slope protection along mountain highways and provincial roads, which can intercept loose gravel and soil blocks on the slope and avoid damage to passing vehicles by falling rocks. It can also be used for slope protection of waste dumps in open-pit mines to prevent landslide of dregs. It can also be applied to ecological slope protection of scenic mountain slopes, which can ensure safety while retaining the original vegetation growth space and avoiding damage to the natural landscape. In addition, this product is also suitable for temporary slope protection of urban construction sites, and can quickly build a safety barrier to ensure the safety of the surrounding construction area.
