Integrally stamped from 304 stainless steel, the water cap has a total height of 90mm, a bottom clip diameter of 45mm, adapting to installation holes of small filter tanks with a diameter of 300~600mm. The filtration gap width is 0.3mm, evenly distributed on the side of the cap body, with an open area ratio of 32%. The rated flow is 80L/min, with no deformation or leakage under a maximum pressure of 8bar. The applicable temperature range is 0℃~90℃, suitable for cold and warm water scenarios. Each water cap weighs 120g, with a mirror-polished surface and roughness Ra ≤0.6μm, leaving no sanitary dead corners. The clamping force of the clip structure reaches 500N, with no falling-off risk under water flow impact. The product size tolerance is controlled within ±0.2mm, perfectly adapting to tank installation holes. The service life can reach more than 5 years, far exceeding the 2-year service life of ordinary plastic water caps.
