The core highlight is its optimized backwash structure design, solving the pain points of insufficient backwash intensity and incomplete filter media cleaning in traditional water caps. 304L low-carbon stainless steel has a carbon content ≤0.03%, with stronger intergranular corrosion resistance, adapting to the acidic and alkaline water environment in sewage treatment plants. 120 φ8mm openings are evenly distributed on the cap body, ensuring no dead angles in backwash water flow, improving filter media cleaning effects, and reducing the probability of filter plate clogging. The flange connection with a nitrile rubber gasket has no leakage or loosening under high-speed backwash water flow, ensuring system stability. With a flow coefficient of 0.92, water loss is low, reducing backwash energy consumption by 15% compared with ordinary water caps. The wear resistance grade of HB200 can withstand long-term friction of filter media, with a service life of more than 7 years, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

Integrally cast and machined from 304L stainless steel, the water cap has a total height of 180mm, a bottom flange diameter of 80mm, and 4 M6×4 fixing bolt holes, adapting to filter plate installation in rapid filters and V-type filters. The cap body has 120 evenly distributed φ8mm water outlet holes, with an open area ratio of 38%, a backwash intensity of 15L/(s·m²), a flow coefficient of 0.92, and low water flow resistance of 0.5bar. The applicable temperature range is 0℃~90℃, the maximum working pressure is 12bar, and the applicable PH range is 4~10, adapting to most municipal sewage and purified water quality conditions. Each water cap weighs 350g, with a spray-coated surface to enhance wear resistance. The nitrile rubber gasket has a temperature range of -20℃~100℃, ensuring long-term sealing effects. The product size tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm, perfectly adapting to filter plate installation holes.

It is widely used in secondary sedimentation tanks and advanced treatment filter tanks of municipal sewage treatment plants, for backwashing filter media to remove organic matter and suspended solids attached to the surface of filter media, restoring the filtration performance of filter media. In large water purification plants, it can be used in backwash systems of V-type filters and siphon filters to improve water purification efficiency and ensure effluent quality compliance. In addition, it can be used in advanced filtration links of industrial wastewater treatment plants and side filter systems of power plant circulating water to reduce damage to equipment caused by impurities in water. The flange connection facilitates batch installation and disassembly. In maintenance and transformation of large filter tanks, it can quickly replace old water caps, improving construction efficiency and reducing downtime.
