The mushroom-shaped head design increases total slot area to 12.5 cm², enabling a single unit to deliver 3.5-4.0 m³/h water flow rate, reducing the number of water caps required by 40% compared to conventional slotted models, lowering overall system cost. The expansion connection method uses a special expansion sleeve to fix the water cap on the filter plate, eliminating loose connections caused by long-term backwashing vibration, with installation efficiency improved by 50%. The 304 stainless steel body undergoes hot-dip galvanization passivation treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance in large-scale sewage environments, with a service life of over 6 years. Its optimized water flow channel design reduces hydraulic head loss by 25%, saving energy consumption of water pumps. The wide slot distribution ensures uniform water distribution across the entire filter bed, avoiding local filter material hardening and improving filtration efficiency.

Made of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel compliant with GB/T 3280-2015 standards, the water cap has an overall height of 160mm, mushroom head diameter of 80mm, and handle diameter of 28mm. The total slot area is 12.5 cm², with slot width of 0.3mm ±0.02mm, ensuring high flow rate while retaining filter materials ≥0.6mm. At 0.5MPa working pressure, the rated water flow rate reaches 3.8 m³/h per cap. It adapts to 30-50mm thick filter plates, with expansion connection that requires no additional fasteners. The maximum working pressure is 0.8MPa, and burst pressure is ≥1.6MPa, meeting large-scale filter tank operation requirements. The operating temperature range is -15℃ to 130℃, suitable for power plant high-temperature circulation water systems. The surface is treated with electrolytic polishing, achieving a surface finish of Ra1.2, reducing sediment accumulation. Each unit weighs approximately 380g, ensuring stable placement during high-flow backwashing.

This product is widely used in municipal sewage treatment plants' secondary sedimentation tank filtration systems, providing large-flow uniform water distribution to improve effluent quality. It is a core component in power plant circulation water cooling tower filtration units, effectively removing circulating water impurities to protect condenser tubes from scaling and blockage. In river water purification projects for urban water supply, it supports large-scale quartz sand filter tanks, ensuring stable water supply for millions of residents. It is also applied in steel mill industrial circulation water systems, filtering iron oxide scale and debris to reduce equipment wear. Additionally, it is suitable for large-scale aquaculture circulating water systems, providing sufficient water flow to maintain oxygen levels in aquaculture ponds while filtering solid waste.
