The core advantage lies in the integration of food-grade materials and quick-mount structures, solving the pain points of traditional water caps such as cumbersome installation and easy dirt accumulation. 316L stainless steel contains molybdenum, offering far better chloride ion corrosion resistance than 304 stainless steel, making it ideal for water treatment scenarios with acidic or high-salinity water. The quick-connect clamp allows tool-free assembly and disassembly, facilitating regular cleaning and replacement to reduce downtime. The 0.2mm high-precision gap design can effectively intercept particle impurities, microbial residues, etc., while maintaining high flow output, avoiding increased system energy consumption caused by excessive filtration resistance. In addition, the product has passed FDA and LFGB certifications, fully complying with international food contact material safety standards, providing reliable water quality guarantees for food and beverage production and pharmaceutical preparation.
Integrally stamped from 316L stainless steel, the water cap has a total height of 120mm, a bottom diameter of 50mm, and the clamp adapts to pipe diameters ranging from 40~50mm. Filtration gaps are evenly distributed on the side of the cap body, with the gap width precisely controlled at 0.2mm and an open area ratio of 35%, ensuring uniform water flow without short-circuiting. The rated flow is 120L/min, with no deformation or leakage under a maximum working pressure of 10bar. The temperature range covers -10℃ to 120℃, suitable for both low-temperature raw water and high-temperature disinfection scenarios. Each water cap weighs 180g, with an electrolytically polished surface and roughness Ra ≤0.8μm, leaving no sanitary dead corners for easy cleaning and disinfection. The service life can reach more than 8 years, far exceeding the 2~3 year service life of ordinary plastic water caps.

It is widely used in bottled water production lines, dairy processing water purification systems, and raw water pre-treatment links in juice beverage production in the food and beverage industry, effectively intercepting sediment, colloids, and microorganisms in raw water to ensure product hygiene and safety. In the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used for terminal filtration in purified water preparation systems to meet the strict water quality requirements of GMP certification. In addition, it is applicable to high-end civil water purification equipment, kindergarten and hospital direct drinking water systems, providing the final safety barrier for drinking water. In various water purification scenarios requiring frequent disassembly and cleaning, the quick-connect clamp structure can significantly improve maintenance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
