Made from 2205 duplex stainless steel, this water cap offers 5 times better pitting corrosion resistance than 316L stainless steel, capable of withstanding high-chlorine media with chloride ion concentrations up to 10,000ppm. The stacked disc structure features 0.15mm precision gaps, which can retain ultra-fine filter materials (≥0.2mm) while maintaining high water permeability, solving the contradiction between filtration precision and flow rate. The flange connection ensures a secure seal under 1.6MPa high pressure, eliminating leakage risks in deep-bed filtration systems. It operates stably in temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 180℃, suitable for both low-temperature refrigeration water systems and high-temperature industrial effluent treatment. The one-piece forging stacked disc design avoids seam corrosion, with a service life of over 12 years, reducing replacement frequency by 60% compared to conventional water caps.
Constructed from 2205 duplex stainless steel compliant with ASTM A240 standards, the water cap has an overall height of 280mm, flange diameter of 80mm, and disc stack diameter of 65mm. The effective filtration gap is precisely controlled at 0.15mm, with a uniformity rate of over 98%. At 0.8MPa working pressure, the rated water flow rate reaches 2.8 m³/h per cap. It adapts to 50-70mm thick filter plates, with a DN25 flange connection that meets API 6D standards. The maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, and burst pressure is ≥3.2MPa, meeting heavy-duty industrial equipment requirements. The operating temperature range is -30℃ to 180℃, with no performance degradation in low-temperature marine environments. The surface is treated with passivation and pickling, achieving a surface hardness of HV280-HV320, enhancing wear resistance. Each unit weighs approximately 750g, ensuring during high-intensity backwashing.

This product is specially designed for extreme corrosive water treatment scenarios, including petroleum refinery high-salt wastewater filtration, chemical plant chlorine-containing wastewater purification, and offshore oil platform production water treatment. It is a core component in desalination projects for coastal power plants, withstanding high-chlorine seawater corrosion while ensuring stable water distribution. In metal smelting industry acidic wastewater treatment systems, it resists corrosion from sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid media, maintaining long-term reliable operation. Additionally, it is suitable for high-pressure boiler water purification systems, providing precise uniform water distribution to protect resin filter materials and extend system service life. It is also applied in pharmaceutical industry pure water preparation systems, meeting strict hygiene and corrosion resistance requirements.
