Made from food-grade 304 stainless steel that meets FDA food contact material standards, this water cap ensures no heavy metal or toxic substance leaching, fully complying with drinking water hygiene regulations. The 0.2mm precision slots with ±0.01mm tolerance can retain fine activated carbon particles (≥0.3mm) while maintaining stable water flow, ensuring deep purification effect of drinking water. The threaded connection with food-grade silicone seal ring provides a leak-proof hygienic seal, avoiding secondary pollution risks. The surface undergoes electrolytic polishing treatment, achieving a mirror-like finish (Ra0.8) that prevents bacterial adhesion and sediment accumulation, meeting easy-clean requirements in food production environments. Its compact design fits most compact drinking water purification equipment, with a service life of over 7 years under normal operating conditions, reducing replacement and maintenance costs.

Constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel compliant with ASTM A270 standards, the water cap has an overall height of 130mm, handle diameter of 22mm, and head diameter of 55mm. The slot width is strictly controlled at 0.2mm ±0.01mm, ensuring 99% water distribution uniformity across all units. At 0.3MPa working pressure, the rated water flow rate reaches 2.0 m³/h per cap. It adapts to 25-35mm thick filter plates, with M22×1.5 threaded connection and food-grade silicone seal ring for leak-proofing. The maximum working pressure is 0.5MPa, and burst pressure is ≥1.0MPa, meeting drinking water system operation requirements. The operating temperature range is 0℃ to 100℃, suitable for hot drinking water purification systems. The surface is treated with electrolytic polishing and passivation, achieving a surface hardness of HV210-HV230, enhancing wear resistance. Each unit weighs approximately 250g, ensuring stable placement during backwashing without shifting.

This product is a core component in household reverse osmosis (RO) water purifiers, under-sink drinking water filters, and commercial bottled water production lines, ensuring hygienic water distribution and filter material stability. It is widely used in food beverage industry process water systems, such as mineral water filling plants, fruit juice production lines, and dairy processing water purification, meeting strict food safety standards. In pharmaceutical industry pure water preparation systems, it supports pre-filtration units to remove large particle impurities and protect subsequent precision filtration equipment. It is also applied in school, hospital, and office building central drinking water stations, providing safe and hygienic drinking water for thousands of people. Additionally, it is suitable for baby food production water treatment systems, ensuring the highest level of water safety for sensitive food processing.
