This product has three core advantages for off-grid remote scenarios: First, it integrates a 100W monocrystalline solar panel and a 200Ah lithium battery, which can provide continuous power supply for low-power HD cameras for up to 7 days in continuous rainy weather, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring. Second, it adopts Q235B steel pole body with aluminum alloy solar bracket, which has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 30kg, and its Grade 11 wind resistance rating can resist wind speeds up to 110km/h, suitable for open rural and forest areas with strong winds. Third, the hot-dip galvanization + plastic spraying double-layer anti-corrosion treatment ensures a service life of 22 years, which can adapt to harsh outdoor environments such as high humidity, strong ultraviolet radiation, and acid rain. In addition, it adopts a wireless data transmission design, supporting 4G/5G remote video transmission, which eliminates the need for wired network wiring and reduces deployment costs. The intelligent power management system automatically adjusts charging and discharging strategies according to sunlight intensity, extending the battery lifespan to 8-10 years.

The Solar-Powered Off-Grid Surveillance Pole has an overall height of 5m, with a tapered pole body design, top diameter of 140mm, bottom diameter of 273mm, and uniform wall thickness of 4mm, made of Q235B steel that meets national standard GB/T 700-2006. The aluminum alloy solar bracket is installed at a height of 4m, with an adjustable angle of 0-45 degrees to maximize sunlight absorption. The 100W monocrystalline solar panel has a conversion efficiency of ≥23%, meeting national standard GB/T 9535-1998. The 200Ah lithium iron phosphate battery has a cycle life of ≥2000 times, with a working temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃. The flange base is a circular structure with a diameter of 350mm and thickness of 18mm, equipped with 8 M18 fixing bolts, requiring a concrete foundation of 1.0m × 1.0m × 1.2m for installation. The total weight of the pole is about 85kg, and it can resist wind speeds up to 110km/h, meeting Grade 11 wind resistance standards. The built-in 4G module supports real-time video transmission to the cloud platform, enabling remote viewing and management.

This surveillance pole is widely used in off-grid remote scenarios without access to grid power: In rural areas and mountainous villages, it can be installed in village entrances, farmlands, and homesteads to monitor livestock and prevent theft, providing real-time video data to villagers and village committees. In national forest parks and nature reserves, it can be installed in key forest areas to monitor illegal logging, poaching, and forest fires, helping forestry management departments detect and respond to emergencies in time. In remote mining sites and mountainous construction sites, it can be installed in construction areas and material storage yards to monitor equipment operation and material safety, reducing the risk of property loss. It is also suitable for off-grid islands and coastal areas, providing 24/7 monitoring of coastal waters and island facilities to prevent illegal fishing and trespassing. Its independent power supply design eliminates the need for grid wiring, making it easy to deploy in areas with harsh terrain conditions, and its dark gray color can well integrate with the natural environment without affecting the ecological landscape.
