The core advantage of this monitoring pole lies in its multi-function integrated design, which eliminates the need for separate installation of multiple pole-type facilities, greatly simplifying the construction process and reducing post-maintenance workload. Adopting Q355 low-carbon alloy steel material, it has higher strength and toughness than ordinary carbon steel, and the hot-dip galvanization + fluorocarbon spraying double-layer surface treatment can effectively resist acid rain, ultraviolet radiation, and corrosion, ensuring a service life of more than 15 years. The compatible AI camera interface supports intelligent functions such as vehicle license plate recognition, pedestrian flow statistics, and abnormal behavior early warning, directly meeting the intelligent management needs of urban traffic and public security. In addition, the solar complementary power supply mode can automatically switch between grid power and solar power according to the light intensity, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and avoids monitoring interruptions caused by power outages. The IP67 protection grade ensures that the internal components can operate normally even in heavy rain or dust storms.

The overall height of the pole is 12 meters, with a tapered structure that transitions from a 320mm diameter at the bottom to a 160mm diameter at the top, and the wall thickness is uniformly 6mm, ensuring the stability of the upper-mounted equipment. The base flange adopts a 600*600*20mm thick steel plate, equipped with 8 M24 expansion bolts, which can firmly fix the pole on the concrete foundation with a depth of 1.8 meters. The internal wiring channel is designed with a diameter of 50mm, which can accommodate multiple types of cables such as power lines, network cables, and signal lines, and is equipped with a sealed wiring box to prevent water and dust from entering. The wind resistance grade reaches Grade 12, which can withstand strong winds of up to 45m/s, suitable for coastal cities or areas with frequent strong winds. The protection grade of the whole pole is IP67, meaning it can be immersed in water at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes without affecting normal operation. The power supply system supports AC220V grid power and 300W solar panel complementary power supply, with a 100Ah lithium battery backup to ensure 72 hours of continuous operation after power outage.

This smart integrated monitoring pole is mainly applicable to urban public infrastructure scenarios, including urban main roads, key intersection hubs, bus rapid transit (BRT) stations, large-scale commercial complex peripheral roads, and urban square areas. In road scenarios, it can cooperate with AI cameras to realize real-time monitoring of traffic flow, automatic recognition of illegal parking and running red lights, and provide data support for traffic police to dispatch and manage. In public places such as squares and commercial complexes, it can monitor crowd density in real time, issue early warnings for abnormal gatherings, and provide public WiFi services to improve citizens' travel experience. In addition, it is also suitable for new smart city demonstration zones, helping to build a unified urban management platform and realize integrated management of traffic, security, and environmental protection data. For old urban area transformation projects, its integrated design can avoid repeated road excavation and reduce the impact on residents' daily travel during construction.
