The smart integrated traffic monitoring pole boasts a one-piece welded structure that eliminates redundant assembly parts, reducing installation time by 30% compared to traditional split-type poles. Its high-grade galvanized steel material undergoes double anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring long-term durability in harsh outdoor environments with acid rain, extreme temperatures, and heavy dust. The built-in multi-interface design supports simultaneous connection of HD cameras, traffic flow sensors, and LED warning signs, realizing multi-dimensional data interaction. It also features an intelligent lightning protection system that can withstand 10kV surge voltage, avoiding equipment damage from thunderstorms. Unlike ordinary poles, it is pre-configured with a wiring channel that hides all cables, preventing external interference and improving overall aesthetic appeal in urban landscapes.

This monitoring pole has an overall height of 8 meters, with a 3-meter cantilever arm extending horizontally to ensure optimal surveillance coverage of road sections. The main pole has an outer diameter of 219mm at the bottom and tapers to 140mm at the top, with a wall thickness of 6mm, providing exceptional structural stability against strong winds up to 12 levels (wind speed of 32.7-36.9 m/s). The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing (coating thickness ≥85μm) followed by electrostatic spraying (coating thickness ≥60μm), meeting national anti-corrosion standards. It supports both RJ45 Ethernet and RS485 serial communication interfaces, with a working voltage range of AC220V/DC12V. The flange base measures 500*500*16mm, requiring a 600*600*800mm concrete foundation for secure installation. All components are IP67 rated, ensuring full protection against dust ingress and temporary submersion in water up to 1 meter depth.

This product is primarily applied in urban intelligent transportation scenarios, including busy trunk roads, ring roads, and highway interchanges where real-time traffic monitoring and incident response are critical. It is also suitable for tunnel entrances and exits, where visibility is low, and continuous surveillance helps detect traffic jams, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns promptly. Additionally, it can be deployed in key urban areas such as commercial centers and school zones to monitor traffic violations like illegal parking and running red lights, ensuring pedestrian safety and smooth traffic flow. In smart city projects, it integrates with city-level traffic management platforms to provide data support for traffic flow prediction and signal optimization, making it an indispensable tool for modern urban traffic governance.
