The core advantage of this monitoring pole is its high-height integrated design, with an overall height of 15 meters, which can cover a road area of up to 200 meters, reducing the number of monitoring poles required for every 10 kilometers of highway by 30%, greatly reducing construction and maintenance costs. Adopting Q355 high-strength alloy steel material with a wall thickness of 10mm, it has higher tensile strength and impact resistance than ordinary alloy steel, and the hot-dip galvanization + double-layer fluorocarbon spraying surface treatment can effectively resist the corrosion of salt mist in coastal highways and ultraviolet radiation in plateau areas, ensuring a service life of more than 20 years. The installation method of embedded + lateral reinforcement type ensures that the pole can withstand strong winds of up to 59m/s, suitable for coastal highways or areas with frequent typhoons. In addition, the pole is equipped with an integrated wiring management system, which can accommodate multiple high-speed network cables and power cables, and is equipped with a temperature control device to ensure the normal operation of internal components in extreme high or low temperature environments. The compatible highway HD capture camera can realize functions such as automatic license plate recognition, speed measurement, and illegal lane change capture, providing accurate data support for highway traffic management.

The overall height of the pole is 15 meters, with a tapered structure that transitions from a 500mm diameter at the bottom to a 220mm diameter at the top, and the wall thickness is uniformly 10mm, ensuring that it can support the 8kg highway HD capture camera. The base adopts an embedded structure with lateral reinforcement, which needs to be embedded in a 2.5-meter-deep concrete foundation, and equipped with 12 M36 expansion bolts and 4 lateral support steel bars to ensure the stability of the pole. The internal wiring channel has a diameter of 80mm, which can accommodate 4 high-speed network cables and 2 power cables, and is equipped with a sealed wiring box with a temperature control function, which can maintain the internal temperature between -20°C and 60°C. The wind resistance grade reaches Grade 14, which can withstand strong winds of up to 59m/s, suitable for coastal expressways or plateau areas with strong winds. The protection grade of the whole pole is IP67, meaning it can be immersed in water at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes without affecting normal operation. The power supply system adopts AC220V remote power supply, with a voltage stabilization function, ensuring stable power supply for the camera even in areas with unstable grid voltage.

This highway integrated monitoring pole is mainly suitable for highway traffic management scenarios, including expressways, national highways, provincial highways, urban expressways, and bridge tunnel entrance and exit areas. In expressways, it can be installed every 2 kilometers to monitor vehicle speed, capture illegal behaviors such as speeding, running red lights, and illegal lane changes, and provide evidence for traffic law enforcement. In urban expressways, it can be installed at key intersections and ramp areas to monitor traffic flow, optimize traffic signal timing, and alleviate traffic congestion. In bridge tunnel entrance and exit areas, it can monitor the height and weight of vehicles to prevent over-limit and over-height vehicles from entering the tunnel and causing safety accidents. In addition, it is also suitable for highway toll stations, service areas, and emergency parking areas to monitor the entry and exit of vehicles and personnel, and provide emergency call assistance functions. It can cooperate with the highway intelligent transportation system to realize real-time data transmission, remote monitoring, and abnormal alarm functions, improving the efficiency of highway traffic management and reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.
