This product has three core advantages to meet the needs of budget-sensitive users: First, it adopts Q235 low-carbon steel material with mature production processes, which reduces the manufacturing cost while ensuring sufficient structural strength, with a maximum load-bearing capacity of 25kg, fully meeting the support needs of ordinary HD bullet cameras. Second, the hot-dip galvanization + plastic spraying double-layer anti-corrosion treatment ensures a service life of 20 years, which is 1.5 times longer than ordinary painted poles, reducing the frequency of later replacement. Third, it adopts a direct buried installation design, with a pre-welded flange base that can be directly fixed to a simple concrete foundation, eliminating the need for complex embedded parts, and the installation can be completed by 2-3 workers in 2-3 hours, greatly reducing construction time and labor costs. In addition, the standard junction box is pre-installed at a height of 2.5m, which is convenient for wiring and maintenance, avoiding the need for additional climbing operations.

The Budget-Friendly Residential Surveillance Pole has an overall height of 4m, with a tapered pole body design, top diameter of 114mm, bottom diameter of 219mm, and uniform wall thickness of 3mm, made of Q235 low-carbon steel that meets national standard GB/T 700-2006. The flange base is a circular structure with a diameter of 300mm and thickness of 16mm, equipped with 6 M16 fixing bolts, requiring a concrete foundation of 0.8m × 0.8m × 1.0m for installation. The surface treatment process includes hot-dip galvanization (zinc layer thickness ≥65μm) and plastic spraying (coating thickness ≥40μm), meeting anti-corrosion standard GB/T 13912-2002. The standard junction box has an internal wiring space of 150×100×80mm, supporting up to 2 sets of HD camera connections, with a protection rating of IP65. The total weight of the pole is about 28kg, which is easy to transport and handle on site. It can resist wind speeds up to 90km/h, meeting Grade 10 wind resistance standards, and can operate normally in the temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃.

This surveillance pole is widely used in small-scale security monitoring scenarios: In residential communities, it can be installed in community entrances, parking lots, and building corners to match ordinary HD bullet cameras, providing 24/7 monitoring of public areas to prevent theft and vandalism, and helping property management departments improve community security levels. In primary schools and kindergartens, it can be installed around the campus perimeter to monitor personnel access and prevent unauthorized entry, ensuring the safety of students. In small factories and workshops, it can be installed in production areas and warehouse entrances to monitor equipment operation and material handling, reducing the risk of property loss. It is also suitable for rural homesteads and small farms, providing basic video monitoring to prevent livestock theft and trespassing. Its simple installation design allows users to complete the installation independently without professional construction teams, saving additional construction costs, and its off-white color can well integrate with the surrounding environment without affecting the overall landscape.
