This product has three core safety advantages tailored for hazardous areas: First, it adopts 304 stainless steel material with a seamless welding structure, and all electrical connection parts are sealed with explosion-proof gaskets, meeting the Exd II BT4 explosion-proof standard, which can effectively prevent electrical sparks from igniting flammable gases or dust in the surrounding environment. Second, the electropolishing surface treatment removes all burrs and sharp edges, avoiding friction sparks caused by external impacts, while the static spraying layer provides an additional layer of corrosion resistance, extending the service life to 25 years in corrosive chemical environments. Third, the pre-installed explosion-proof junction box uses a flame-retardant insulating shell, with IP67 protection rating, which can prevent water vapor and dust from entering, ensuring stable operation of internal wiring in humid and dusty environments. In addition, the lightning rod with a height of 1.2m is integrated on the top, effectively guiding lightning current to the ground, avoiding damage to connected explosion-proof cameras.

The Explosion-Proof Hazardous Area Surveillance Pole has an overall height of 5m, with a straight pole body design, diameter of 219mm, and uniform wall thickness of 5mm, made of 304 stainless steel that meets national standard GB/T 14976-2012. The flange base is a circular structure with a diameter of 350mm and thickness of 18mm, equipped with 6 M18 fixing bolts, requiring a concrete foundation of 1.0m × 1.0m × 1.2m for installation. The surface treatment process includes electropolishing (surface roughness Ra ≤0.8μm) and static spraying (coating thickness ≥50μm), meeting anti-corrosion standard GB/T 3098.6-2014. The explosion-proof junction box has an internal wiring space of 200×150×100mm, supporting up to 4 sets of explosion-proof camera connections, with a protection rating of IP67. The total weight of the pole is about 72kg, and it can resist wind speeds up to 90km/h, meeting Grade 10 wind resistance standards. All components are certified by the National Explosion-Proof Testing Center to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
