Basic Info
The FKXF frequency conversion cabinet is a control cabinet that uses a frequency converter to drive power devices. It is mainly used to adjust motor speed, realizing energy saving and automatic control of equipment. Its core functions include motor operation control and frequency-regulated speed power supply.
It is widely used in urban and rural water supply systems, industrial production, boiler heating, farmland irrigation, air conditioning circulating water, petrochemical and other fields. Through constant pressure control technology, it dynamically adjusts the pump speed to maintain stable pipe network pressure and reduce power consumption.
The equipment adopts an enclosed cabinet structure with protection degree IP20/IP30, integrating frequency converter, reactor, filter and other components, and supports PLC and touch screen control modules. The design focuses on solving heat dissipation and electromagnetic interference problems, with fan cooling, dustproof and anti-corrosion measures. High-power models can reduce grid impact from motors and support zero-speed starting.
Typical products include constant pressure water supply cabinets, central air conditioning circulating water pump cabinets, etc., with power supply protection, frequency adjustment, power frequency switching and multi-mode control functions.
Customer reviews
Jennifer · Manufacturing Operations Director
The FK cabinets have transformed our production process by enabling variable speed control on equipment that previously only ran at full power. This has not only saved energy but also improved product quality by allowing more precise control of machine speeds. The remote monitoring capability through the industrial network has been particularly useful for our maintenance team. After a year of use, we're planning to standardize on this brand for all our facilities.
Robert · Electrical Contractor
As an installer, I appreciate the well-thought-out design of the FK frequency conversion cabinets. The clear labeling, accessible terminals, and comprehensive documentation made the installation process efficient. The cabinets' robust construction meets industrial standards, and the thermal management system performs well even in high-temperature environments. My clients have reported reliable performance with minimal maintenance requirements, which speaks volumes about the product's quality.

TSLB frequency conversion cabinets can be used as motor control cabinets for various production lines requiring energy-saving renovation or zero-speed starting.
Main Features
High efficiency and energy saving.According to motor theory, the power consumption of a motor is in cubic relation to its rotational speed. Under constant pressure, the water output of a pump is proportional to the motor speed.
This equipment operates on a constant pressure and flow mode. When water demand decreases, the system maintains constant pipe network pressure and reduces water supply by lowering pump speed, resulting in cubic reduction of power consumption.
For example, when water supply is 80% of the rated value, motor energy consumption is 51.2% (0.8³) of the rated value, saving 48.8% energy. Although the actual energy-saving rate of the system is slightly lower than the theoretical value, it is still considerable.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q:What maintenance does an FK variable frequency drive cabinet require?
A:Key maintenance includes: 1) Quarterly dust cleaning (IP20/IP54 cabinets), 2) Annual capacitor checks, 3) Firmware updates every 2 years, and 4) Thermal paste renewal for IGBT modules after 5 years.
Q:Can FK VFD cabinets operate in high-temperature environments?
A:Standard FK cabinets work at -10°C to +40°C. For high temps (up to 50°C), optional cooling fans or air conditioners are required. Derating may apply above 40°C per IEC 61800-2 standards.
Q:What communication protocols do FK frequency control cabinets support?
A:FK series typically supports Modbus RTU (RS485), Profibus-DP, and CANopen. Advanced models offer Ethernet/IP or PROFINET for Industry 4.0 integration with PLC/SCADA systems.
