The product consists of two main parts:the cabinet body and the withdrawable truck.The cabinet is fabricated by bending steel plates, plastic-sprayed and assembled with bolts. Functionally, it is divided into four sections:small busbar chamber, relay and instrument chamber, truck chamber, cable chamber and busbar chamber, which are separated by earthed metal partitions.The protection degree of the cabinet enclosure is IP4X; when the door of the truck chamber is open, the protection degree is IP2X.
The switchgear supports various main circuit schemes, including cable incoming/outgoing, overhead incoming/outgoing, bus tie, isolation, voltage transformer, lightning arrester, etc. The main busbars adopt composite insulation; phase-to-phase insulation and connectors are equipped with insulation sleeves injection-molded from flame-retardant materials.Busbar sleeves are installed between adjacent cabinets to effectively prevent fault spread and provide auxiliary support for the main busbars.The cable chamber is equipped with an earthing switch, overvoltage protection device, etc.
Metal shutters are installed in front of the contact boxes.The upper and lower shutters open automatically as the truck moves from the disconnected/test position to the service position, and close automatically when the truck moves in reverse, providing effective isolation from high voltage.Mandatory mechanical interlocks are adopted among the main switch, truck, earthing switch and cabinet doors to meet the requirements of the“five-prevention”functions.
The circuit breaker truck uses a screw drive operating mechanism with an overrunning clutch.The screw-nut feeding mechanism enables smooth movement of the truck between the test position and service position.The self-locking feature of the screw nut ensures reliable locking of the truck at the service position, preventing accidents caused by truck displacement under electrodynamic force.The overrunning clutch engages when the truck travels to or retracts from the service position, automatically disengaging the operating shaft from the screw shaft to allow idling, thus avoiding damage to the feeding mechanism due to misoperation. Other trucks adopt a lever-type feeding mechanism and are locked by positioning pins at the test and service positions.
