GCS Type Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assembly (hereinafter referred to as "the switchgear") is developed by our company to meet the demands of numerous design institutes and power users. It is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear tailored to national conditions, featuring high technical performance indicators, adaptable to the development needs of the power market, and competitive with existing imported products. At present, this product has been widely adopted by power users. The switchgear is applicable to power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. In places with a high degree of automation and requirements for computer interfaces, such as large power plants and petrochemical systems, it serves as a low-voltage power distribution assembly for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, a rated operating voltage of 380 V (400 V) / 660 V, and a rated current of 6300 A and below. The basic form of the switchgear is shown in Figure 1. This product complies with the following standards: GB 7251 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, JB/T 9661 Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, and IEC 61439 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies.

Product Description

Normal Service Conditions

1、Ambient air temperature: -15℃ to +40℃, with the daily average temperature not exceeding +35℃. If exceeded, derating operation shall be performed according to actual conditions.

2、Altitude: not exceeding 2500 m.

3、Relative humidity: not more than 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃. Higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20℃. Consideration shall be given to the possible condensation effect caused by temperature changes.

4、Installation inclination not exceeding 5 degrees, and the complete bank of cabinets shall be relatively level (in compliance with GBJ 232-82).

5、The switchgear shall be installed in a location free from severe vibration and shock, and where electrical components are not subject to undue corrosion.
