The enclosure is available in vertical and horizontal types. The outer casing is bent from 2 mm high-quality stainless steel plate through multiple edge-folding processes (or made of honeycomb-structured stainless steel double-layer composite board, which is flame-retardant, eco-friendly, heat-insulating and anti-condensation). Special stainless steel welding technology is adopted, resulting in high overall strength, smooth and mirror-like surface without visible welding marks after forming.Internal mounting beams (plates) are treated by hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure no rusting for 20 years.
The cabinet is equipped with front and rear doors for convenient operation and maintenance. High-elasticity and anti-aging sealing rubber strips are embedded around the doors. Each door is fitted with two types of door locks: visible and concealed. The visible lock is equipped with a rain cover to prevent blockage and rust.
The metering chamber is fully enclosed with a sealing device for lead sealing.Rainproof and foreign-body-proof cable inlet conduits are installed on the side of the cabinet. Ventilation holes and cable outlet holes are punched at the bottom, and air ducts with wire mesh are provided at the top, providing waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof and foreign-body-proof performance.Protection degree: IP54.
