Post RFQ
Oxygen-free copper wires with lower resistivity are adopted and subjected to a series of additional surface treatments, resulting in a smoother surface free of burrs and sharp edges, thus further reducing the load loss of the transformer and ensuring more reliable electrical performance.
High-quality silicon steel sheets are selected. With improved performance, silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss are used to minimize the no-load loss of the transformer.
High-quality laminated wood insulation parts are adopted.
Deeply filtered transformer oil is used, with lower moisture, gas and impurity content, making the transformer operation more reliable.
High-quality rubber sealing materials are selected to effectively resist aging and prevent oil leakage.
All raw materials undergo quality inspection, and all material suppliers have passed strict audits in accordance with the national standard ISO 9000.
Technical Specifications

Based on the S9 series, the S11 series reduces the average no-load loss by 30%, and the no-load current decreases by 70% to 85% compared with the S9 series.
The average temperature rise is reduced by 10K, and the service life of the product is more than doubled.
The operating noise is reduced by an average of 2 to 4 decibels.
The letter “M” in S11(M) indicates that the oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with conventional oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed distribution transformer cancels the oil conservator. The corrugated fins of the oil tank replace oil tubes as cooling elements. The corrugated oil tank is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheets on a special production line. The fins can expand and contract with the volume change of transformer oil, isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down oil aging and insulation dampness, improving operation reliability, and realizing maintenance-free under normal operation.
