It adopts multi-layer staggered pressing technology to reduce internal stress of wood and avoid plate deformation and warping. MDI ecological adhesive contains no formaldehyde, reaching CARB P2 and E0 environmental protection standards. The natural wood veneer finish retains real wood texture, with multiple options including maple, oak, walnut and other styles. Its scratch resistance reaches 3H hardness, resisting minor scratches in daily furniture use. The surface is wear-resistant and easy to clean.
Each sheet has a uniform size of 2440mm × 1220mm, with seven thickness options: 3mm, 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm and 25mm. The net weight per sheet is about 18kg. The flatness error is controlled within 0.2mm/m. The transverse static bending strength is ≥16MPa, and longitudinal nail holding power can reach 1200N. It complies with US CARB P2 certification and China GB/T 9846 standard. The surface veneer thickness is 0.6mm, ensuring real and natural wood grain texture.
It is mainly used for whole-house custom furniture, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, shoe cabinets, indoor wall decoration and other scenarios. It is suitable for indoor decoration and furniture making of high-end residences, star hotels and commercial office spaces.
