When exposed to fire, it will form a dense carbonized layer to block the spread of oxygen and heat, effectively slowing down fire spread. The smoke density is ≤75, and the smoke toxicity generated during combustion is extremely low, complying with EU EUROCLASS B standard. The E0 environmental adhesive ensures indoor use safety. Double-sided sanded treatment ensures surface flatness, adapting to various interior decoration and partition construction needs.
Each sheet has a uniform size of 2440mm × 1220mm, with three thickness options: 12mm, 15mm and 18mm. The net weight per sheet is about 20kg. The fire resistance duration is ≥30 minutes, and smoke density rating is ≤75. The transverse static bending strength is ≥11MPa, and nail holding power is ≥1000N. The formaldehyde emission level reaches E0 standard, complying with China GB 8624 Class B1 fire resistance standard and ISO 11925-2 combustion test standard. The surface is wear-resistant and easy to clean.
