In addition, the edges of the board are sealed to effectively prevent water absorption and expansion, prolonging the service life, and it can adapt to the construction environment from -20℃ to 50℃, meeting the construction needs of different climate regions.

This construction plywood adopts the standard engineering size of 1220mm × 2440mm (4ft × 8ft), with optional thicknesses of 15mm and 18mm. The core layer is spliced with poplar solid wood strips, with a density of 580-620kg/m³. The front and back sides are covered with 0.4mm thick black phenolic resin film, and the glue uses WBP grade waterproof phenolic adhesive. The hot pressing temperature is controlled at 140-150℃, and the hot pressing time is no less than 8 minutes to ensure that the internal bonding strength of the board meets the standards. The compressive strength is ≥35MPa, the flexural strength is ≥60MPa, the formaldehyde emission grade meets the E2 standard, and it has passed CE and ISO 9001 quality certification, complying with international building material use specifications.
This phenolic film faced construction plywood is mainly used in various concrete pouring projects, including civil residential foundation formwork, commercial building floor slab support, bridge pier pouring formwork and other scenarios. It can also be used for temporary construction enclosures and temporary platform construction. In road and bridge construction, its excellent waterproof performance can resist the humid environment during rainy day construction, avoiding plate softening and deformation. In civil construction, its smooth surface can ensure that the concrete poured wall does not need additional grinding treatment, shortening the construction cycle.
