This exterior weather-resistant plywood has multiple core competitive advantages. First, the WBP phenolic resin adhesive forms a waterproof barrier inside the plywood, preventing delamination and warping even after 72 hours of immersion in 20℃ water. Second, it meets CARB P2 E0 formaldehyde emission standards, making it safe for use in residential outdoor spaces close to living areas. The brushed anti-slip surface not only improves friction for walking and handling but also resists UV fading and fungal erosion, extending the service life to over 15 years under normal outdoor use. Unlike solid wood outdoor materials, it has uniform density and no knots, reducing later maintenance costs.

Each standard sheet has a fixed size of 1220mm in width and 2440mm in length, with a thickness of 18mm and a dimensional tolerance of ±0.2mm across the entire sheet. The moisture content is strictly controlled between 6% and 10% to avoid dimensional deformation during transportation and storage. It has an abrasion resistance of more than 1000 cycles, meeting the wear resistance requirements of high-frequency outdoor use scenarios. After passing the EN 314-2 Class 3 water resistance test, it shows no delamination or strength reduction after long-term moisture exposure. Each bundle contains 50 sheets, packed in waterproof kraft paper to protect against rain and dust during logistics.
This weather-resistant plywood is mainly suitable for outdoor construction projects such as terrace flooring, exterior wall cladding, garden fences and outdoor furniture making. It can also be used for temporary construction sheds, shipping pallet production and outdoor exhibition booths. As an ideal alternative to solid wood outdoor materials, it reduces material costs while ensuring stable structural support. It is widely applied in garden design, residential outdoor renovation, commercial outdoor facility construction and other outdoor related fields.
