It uses full poplar solid wood core to avoid the strength unevenness caused by mixed wood core. The WBP adhesive can maintain bonding stability between -40℃ and 80℃. Double-sided sanded treatment ensures surface flatness, adapting to various concrete demolding needs. Compared with traditional formwork materials, its repeated utilization rate is increased by 60%, effectively reducing construction waste generation. Meanwhile, its E0 formaldehyde emission level ensures environmental safety at construction sites, meeting the material standards of global construction projects.

Each sheet has a uniform size of 2440mm (length) × 1220mm (width), with three mainstream thickness options: 12mm, 15mm and 18mm. The net weight per sheet is about 22kg. Its bending strength is no less than 12MPa, and shear strength can reach 8MPa. The waterproof rating reaches EN 314-2 Class 3, and it can be stored in open high-humidity environment for more than 14 days without deformation or adhesive failure. It complies with ISO 9001 quality management system and EU EN 316 construction plywood standards.
It is mainly used for cast-in-place concrete walls of high-rise buildings, bridge pier formwork, tunnel support construction and other heavy construction scenarios. It can also be used for temporary storage shelves, temporary work platforms on construction sites. It adapts to material procurement standards of global construction contractors, providing reliable formwork solutions for construction teams worldwide.
