The core advantage of this marine plywood lies in its professional marine-grade formula, using 100% solid southern yellow pine veneers that are cross-laminated to enhance structural stability. The phenolic resin glue meets the waterproof grade required for long-term outdoor use, and can resist salt spray corrosion without degumming or delamination. It has passed strict third-party certification, ensuring compliance with international shipping industry standards. Unlike ordinary plywood, it solves the problems of easy decay and insufficient load-bearing capacity in marine environments, making it an ideal material for boat hulls, yacht interior trim and coastal building structures.

The standard specification of this marine plywood is 1220mm in width and 2440mm in length, with optional thicknesses of 12mm, 15mm, 18mm and 21mm, with a total of 9-13 layers of veneers. The density is controlled at 680kg/m³, and the bending strength is no less than 70MPa. The moisture content is strictly controlled at 8%-12% to prevent deformation due to environmental humidity changes. Each sheet is sanded on both sides to ensure a smooth surface, and packaged with waterproof plastic film and pallets, with 50 sheets per pallet for convenient transportation and storage. It complies with ISO 9001 quality management system and BS 1088 marine industry standards.
This marine-grade plywood is mainly applicable to boat manufacturing, yacht interior decoration, wharf construction, coastal bridge projects, offshore platform facilities and other scenes that require high water resistance and structural strength. It can be used for boat hull fabrication, cabin wall decoration, dock flooring and other working conditions, providing reliable structural support for marine and coastal engineering projects, and meeting the strict quality requirements of the shipping industry.
