This decorative plywood adopts optional sizes of 1220mm × 2800mm, and custom sizes are available. The core layer is poplar plywood with a thickness of 2-8mm depending on the total thickness of the board, with a moisture content of 6%-8%. The facing material is engineered wood veneer with a thickness of 0.2-0.4mm, and the surface is coated with matte or glossy UV coating. The glue uses environmental friendly water-based adhesive, which is hot pressed at 120-130℃ for 5-6 minutes. The formaldehyde emission grade meets the E0 standard, the surface wear resistance is ≥3000 rotations, and it has passed CE and FSC certification, complying with international environmental protection and quality standards.
