This product uses radiate pine as the base material, adding flame retardant and fire-proof coating to effectively slow down the spread of fire. The flame resistance reaches Class A, which meets the national public building fire safety standards. The CARB P2 grade formaldehyde emission meets international environmental protection requirements, and the structural strength is stable. It solves the potential safety hazard of insufficient fire resistance of ordinary boards in public places with high fire prevention requirements.

Each panel has a standard size of 4 feet × 8 feet, with optional thicknesses of 5/8 Inch and 3/4 Inch. The moisture content is strictly controlled between 7% and 9% to maintain stable performance in different indoor environments. The adhesive adopts flame-retardant phenolic resin, with a bending strength of up to 1100 PSI. The surface is treated with fire-retardant coating, which is not easy to be ignited by open fire, and the smoke density meets the public building safety standards. The core layer is tightly spliced to ensure overall fire performance stability.
This product is mainly used for wall decoration, ceiling linings, partition walls and furniture production in public buildings such as shopping malls, supermarkets, schools, hotels, hospitals and other places. It can also be used for fire-proof isolation boards, ventilation pipe linings and other engineering scenarios requiring fire-proof performance in industrial workshops, providing reliable fire-proof protection for various building spaces.
