Compared with traditional melamine formaldehyde crosslinking agents, this product does not contain free formaldehyde monomers, which can significantly reduce the VOC emissions of coatings. It can improve the hardness and scratch resistance of the coating film through crosslinking reactions, and is compatible with a variety of systems such as waterborne polyurethane coatings and acrylic coatings. The addition amount is only 1.2-2.5% of the total formula to achieve performance improvement, solving the industry pain points of traditional crosslinking agents leading to short storage period of coatings and yellowing of coating films, and passing FDA food contact safety certification.
