It has good thermal stability, with a thermal decomposition temperature of more than 200℃, which will not decompose during the curing process, avoiding the production of harmful volatile substances. It is easy to add and mix, and can be directly added to the resin raw materials during the production process.

It appears as white crystalline powder, with no visible impurities. The purity is not less than 98.0%, the moisture content is no more than 0.08%, and the thermal decomposition temperature is ≥200℃. The product is packaged in 25kg steel drums, and can also be customized into 500kg ton drums for large-scale production. The storage temperature shall be between 10-25℃, and avoid direct sunlight and contact with strong oxidants. It is soluble in styrene, ethanol and other organic solvents, and can be well dispersed in resin systems. The dosage is generally 0.5-2.0% of the resin mass.

It is mainly used in unsaturated polyester resin composite materials, fiberglass products, phenolic resin molding materials, artificial stone and other fields. In fiberglass reinforced plastic products, it can improve the curing speed and improve the surface quality of the products. In artificial stone products, it can improve the hardness and wear resistance of the stone. It can also be used in the production of resin-based composite materials for automotive parts and electronic appliances, improving the mechanical properties and weather resistance of the products.
