Compared with traditional vulcanization additives, this product has the technical highlights of low volatility and high activity. It can trigger vulcanization reactions in low-temperature environments, reducing energy consumption and solving the problem of rubber aging caused by high-temperature vulcanization of traditional additives. Its stable chemical properties will not cause adverse reactions with other additives in rubber formulas, accurately control vulcanization cycles, improve production efficiency, and significantly improve the tensile strength and permanent deformation performance of rubber products, solving the problem of product surface defects caused by traditional additives.

It appears as white crystalline powder with a purity of no less than 99.0%, a melting point range of 130-135℃, a flash point of 145℃, and a pH value of 7.0-8.0 for 1% aqueous solution. It has good water solubility with a solubility of 100g/L at 25℃. It is packaged in 25kg kraft paper bags, stored in a cool and dry environment, with a 24-month shelf life.

It is mainly used for vulcanization processing of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, suitable for production scenarios of tire treads, rubber gaskets, industrial transmission belts, automotive rubber parts and other products. It is a cost-effective option in the rubber additive field, helping rubber processing factories optimize production processes and reduce unit product energy consumption and additive use costs.
