Unlike traditional activated carbon adsorption formaldehyde removal products, this product has higher capture efficiency, actively binding free formaldehyde rather than physical adsorption, solving the pain point of formaldehyde desorption after activated carbon saturation. Its high-purity formula ensures no residual odor, is harmless to humans and the environment, can be directly added to coatings and board adhesives to reduce formaldehyde release at the source, and has good stability, playing a stable adsorption role at room temperature to 60℃.
It appears as white ultra-fine powder with a purity of no less than 99.5%, formaldehyde adsorption rate of no less than 98.2%, water solubility of 110g/L at 25℃, and particle size ≤150μm. It is packaged in 10kg kraft cartons, stored in a cool and ventilated sealed environment to avoid moisture, with an 18-month shelf life.
It is suitable for adding to home improvement boards, furniture paints and wallpaper adhesives to control formaldehyde at the source, or made into formaldehyde removal sprays for indoor air purification.
