This rubber grade stearic acid has excellent compatibility with various rubber materials such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber. It can quickly penetrate into the rubber matrix during the mixing process, improve the activity of zinc oxide and other vulcanization accelerators, and reduce the activation temperature of the vulcanization system. The low iodine value ensures good heat resistance and aging resistance, avoiding yellowing and performance degradation of rubber products during use.

It appears as white or light yellow flaky solid, with a slight fatty odor, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as benzene and ether. The ash content is ≤0.2%, the heavy metal content is ≤50 ppm, and the particle size is uniform, which is convenient for uniform mixing in the rubber mixing process. The vulcanization activation rate is increased by more than 15% compared with ordinary stearic acid, effectively shortening the production cycle of rubber products.

It is suitable for the production of all kinds of rubber products, including car tires, bicycle tires, industrial rubber hoses, rubber seals, shoe soles and rubber conveyor belts. It can be used as an activator in the rubber mixing process, improving the vulcanization efficiency and product quality, reducing the production cost of rubber enterprises, and meeting the performance requirements of various rubber products for raw materials.
