Its purity reaches 99.5% or higher, far exceeding the industry average. The precise control of melting point and acid value the temperature requirements of candy demolding, avoiding demolding failures caused by melting point fluctuations. It complies with FDA and GB food contact safety standards, can be directly added to food production links without additional compliance testing, helping enterprises shorten product development cycles and reduce compliance costs.

It appears as white powder or flaky solid, odorless, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and easily soluble in ether and chloroform. The free fatty acid content is ≥99.0%, saponification value is 206-212 mgKOH/g, freezing point is 68-70℃, 45μm sieve residue is ≤0.05%, total microbial count is ≤100 CFU/g, and escherichia coli and salmonella are not detected, fully meeting the hygiene requirements of food-grade raw materials.

It is suitable for mold demolding in candy and chocolate production to avoid product sticking and improve finished product rate; surface coating of food packaging paper to improve water and oil resistance of packaging; emulsification stabilizer for dairy products to improve the taste and stability of dairy products; demolding agent for baked goods; and lubricant for various food-contact plastic packaging. It can also be used as a food processing aid in oil hydrogenation, emulsification and other process links, meeting the diversified needs of the food industry.
